About Sanstha:

          Swoddharak Vidyarthi Santha was established in 1929, the post independent period with the aim to provide quality education to the students of all sections in general and to thrive patriotic feelings as the need of the time in particular.

          The institute has blossomed into leading educational institute in the rural and draught prone region to be catering to the modern global needs. The institute commenced its senior college in 1984 with considering the need of higher education to the students of the region.

          As Hon’ble Dadasaheb Rawal, the visionary President and eminent Industrialist thrived the college to indentify it as the centre of quality education; his name is conferred to the college “Dadasaheb Rawal College”, as a part of honor of his devotion and commitment. The faculty of arts of the college was started in 1991. The college was affiliated to Pune University until 1990 and it is affiliated to North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon From 1990 to onward. The growing students strength in each year of the college reveals itself the excellence and quality education of the college.

          The college is eligible to receive to UGC grants as it has 2-F and 12-B recognition. The college accredited in Sep.2016 by the peer team, (NAAC) Bangalore and accomplished ‘A’ grade.
